  • We focus on fresh, high-quality ingredients to craft wholesome meals that support your lifestyle—whether you follow a specific diet or simply want nourishing, balanced meals. Whenever possible, we source locally, valuing seasonal and sustainable ingredients.

  • Life is busy, and cooking can feel overwhelming. We take care of it for you, so you can spend more time enjoying, connecting, and truly savoring the moments that matter the most.

About us

MAH – Meals at Home was created with one goal: to bring back the meaning and comfort of a true home-cooked meal.

In a world where time is scarce and schedules are full, MAH was built to make home dining feel effortless again. We believe that food is more than something you eat — it’s a way to connect, recharge, and share moments that matter. Every meal we prepare is made from scratch in your own kitchen, using fresh, wholesome ingredients that reflect your tastes and needs.

We do things differently. We don’t just deliver meals — we cook them fresh in your home. Your personal chef arrives with everything needed, prepares the food with care, and leaves your fridge stocked with meals that feel homemade — without the mess, the stress, or the time commitment.

Because to us, food is love made visible.

Meet the founder

I’m Sarah Perez, the chef and founder of MAH.

Cooking has been part of my life since I was a child growing up in Colombia, where food and family were always at the heart of every day. That early love for cooking led me to George Brown College in Toronto, where I studied Culinary Management and began a career that spanned fine dining, catering, teaching, and film production kitchens.

Over two decades in professional kitchens taught me precision and creativity — but they also reminded me of what truly matters: connection. I realized that the meals that stay with us aren’t the ones served in restaurants; they’re the ones shared at home.

MAH grew from that realization — a way to bring the care, warmth, and craft of a chef into people’s homes. Today, I get to do what I love most: create food that nourishes, comforts, and helps families slow down long enough to enjoy life’s simplest luxury — a good meal at home.
